- In case of death or incapacity of the wife after 02.12.2024, the family pension will not be transferred to any other member.
- However, if any family member is already drawing pension under the previous rules, he will continue to draw pension for his period.

- After 02.12.2024, will the pension of other pensioners other than the wife be discontinued?

جواب:
چونکہ PRTC نے پنجاب سول سروسز پنشن رولز کو اپنایا تھا، اس لیے 02.12.2024 کی نوٹیفکیشن ان ملازمین پر لاگو ہوگی جو اس تاریخ یا اس کے بعد ریٹائر ہوں گے۔ تاہم، وہ ملازمین جو 02.12.2024 سے پہلے ریٹائر ہوئے ہیں، ان کے کیسز پرانے قوانین کے مطابق طے ہوں گے۔ ان کے انتقال یا معزولی کے بعد، 02.12.2024 کے بعد کے کیسز نئی نوٹیفکیشن کے تحت نمٹائے جائیں گے۔
